Welcome to Premier Studios Premade! These terms of service ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for accessing and using our Minecraft premade build shop. By accessing or using any portion of Premier Studios Premade, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

 

GENERAL

Premier Studios Premade is a project under the ownership of premierstudios.net or Premier Studios, encompassing all of our premade products available through our various stores and platforms.

By accessing any aspect of Premier Studios Premade, you signify your agreement to the existing terms as well as any future amendments that may be made to these terms. Should you find any part of the terms disagreeable, we kindly request that you refrain from accessing any portion of Premier Studios Premade.

Please be aware that in the event of necessary alterations, notification may not be provided. It is your responsibility to consistently review the terms presented and to make note of any changes that have occurred since your previous review.

EXCLUSIVE ACCESS TO FILES

When you access any portion of Premier Studios Premade, you will be provided access to files that are considered exclusive to Premier Studios Premade. These files include, but are not limited to, documents, logos, build images, and descriptions. These files are protected by copyright and are intended solely for personal use in accordance with these Terms.

DELIVERY

All files you purchase from Premier Studios Premade will be automatically delivered to the email address you provide during the payment process. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the email address you provide is accurate and functional. Premier Studios Premade will not be held accountable for any issues arising from incorrect email addresses.

REDISTRIBUTION

You are strictly prohibited from redistributing digital products or assets obtained from Premier Studios Premade. You may not claim these products or assets as your own, even if you make alterations. The copyright and ownership of these files remain with Premier Studios Premade. If you wish to discuss purchasing resell rights for a build you purchased from Premier Studios Premade, you must initiate the process by opening a Support Ticket in the Premier Studios Discord Server. Written consent and potential additional charges are required for reselling any product purchased from Premier Studios Premade.

PURCHASES AND PRICING

By purchasing a build from the Premier Studios Premade website, you acknowledge and agree to pay the price as posted on the website. Discounts, when applicable, will be provided through pre-approved discount codes. Requesting additional discounts or free builds from Premier Studios Premade representatives is not permitted.

Purchasing a build from Premier Studios Premade does not grant you complete ownership of the purchased build. Regardless of alterations made by you or a third party, all builds remain the exclusive property of Premier Studios Premade at all times.

Prices and discounts on the Premier Studios Premade website are subject to change. You acknowledge that the price you pay or the discount you receive may differ from other clients. If the price you pay is higher or the discount is less favorable than that received by other clients, no compensation will be provided. All purchases are considered final.

OUTSIDE PURCHASES AND SCAMS

Premier Studios Premade is not obligated to provide assistance if you attempt to purchase our builds from an unauthorized source and subsequently fall victim to a scam. We strongly recommend purchasing only from our official website to ensure the legitimacy of your transaction.

REFUNDS AND FINALITY OF PURCHASES

All purchases from Premier Studios Premade are final. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive digital files, including builds, instantly. Refunds are not typically granted. If you believe there is a valid reason for a refund, you must contact a Premier Studios Premade representative. The decision regarding refunds will be made after thorough consideration, and you are required to accept the final decision, regardless of your agreement.

CHARGEBACKS AND FRAUDULENT CLAIMS

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or claim payments made to Premier Studios Premade as fraudulent. If you attempt such actions, Premier Studios Premade will consider it an act of scamming. In cases where an outsider's information is used for payment, and they initiate chargebacks or fraudulent claims, you will be held accountable.

Should a chargeback or fraudulent payment claim be successful, Premier Studios Premade reserves the right to take appropriate actions to recover losses. These actions may include but are not limited to submitting scam reports, seeking mandatory compensation, and pursuing legal remedies.

MARKETING OWNERSHIP

All screenshots, renders, and other marketing artwork created for the builds are the property of Premier Studios. While you have permission to use this artwork under Premier Studios' ownership, Premier Studios reserves the right to revoke your usage rights at any time. Ownership of these renders remains with Premier Studios regardless of your purchase.

SUPPORT

Each purchase from Premier Studios Premade comes with 180 days of support, which includes assistance with loading builds, block alterations, and general inquiries. However, Premier Studios Premade reserves the right to revoke your lifetime support if your behavior is deemed immature. No compensation or allowance for chargebacks will be provided in such cases.

DATA AND PRIVACY

By accessing Premier Studios Premade, you acknowledge that certain data may be collected and stored, including but not limited to your IP address, search data, and key metrics (impressions). Additionally, when purchasing a build, further data including your email address, payment information, billing information, and personal details may be collected and stored. In the event of a data breach, we will take appropriate measures to notify affected individuals and authorities as required by applicable laws. However, you acknowledge that all data provided carries the inherent risk of breach, and Premier Studios Premade will not be held responsible for such breaches.

UNDERSTANDING AND AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service hold superiority over any external contracts, terms, or agreements. In the event of conflicts or discrepancies, the Premier Studios Premade Terms of Service will prevail.

By accessing any portion of Premier Studios Premade, you acknowledge your understanding and agreement with the presented terms. If you find a term confusing or disagree with it, you are required to contact a representative before proceeding. Your failure to contact a representative will be interpreted as confirmation of your agreement with all terms presented.
